Overview : We are looking for a skilled Oracle Projects Functional Consultant to lead implementations and provide support for Oracle PPM Cloud-related modules. This is a dynamic role that involves working on multiple projects, engaging with clients both onsite and offshore, and driving the successful deployment of Oracle solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the implementation and support of onsite and offshore Oracle PPM Cloud projects.
Gather and analyze client requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions aligned with business processes.
Configure Oracle PPM Cloud modules and support system integration.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation as per the defined methodology.
Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support.
Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and ensure timely delivery.
Travel to client locations when required by the project scope.
Essential Skills and Experience :
Hands-on expertise in at least four Oracle PPM Cloud end-to-end implementations across the project lifecycle.
Proven experience in new rollouts and support projects.
Strong knowledge of Oracle PPM Cloud configurations, setups, and transactions.
Familiarity with integration touchpoints between Oracle modules, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
Oracle PPM Cloud certification is highly desirable.
Exposure to Oracle EBS Projects and Financials modules is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for various audiences.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as:

Certifications:
Oracle PPM Cloud Certification - Demonstrates expertise in Oracle PPM Cloud modules and configurations.
Certifications in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) related to Projects or Financials are desirable but not mandatory.
Experience-Based Qualifications:
5-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Projects or PPM Cloud implementations.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects.
Expertise in gap analysis , requirement gathering , and system configuration .
Familiarity with integration touchpoints across Oracle modules.
Knowledge of project documentation standards and methodologies.
