Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), local GAAP, and company policies.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide actionable financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Regulatory Standards:

• Ensure all financial reports align with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Keep abreast of IFRS, GAAP, and other relevant accounting regulations to ensure compliance.
• Implement best practices in financial reporting and corporate governance.
• Support risk assessment initiatives and recommend improvements for financial compliance.

Audit Coordination & Support:

• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of audit queries.
• Prepare and review audit schedules, supporting documentation, and reconciliations.

• Address findings from audits by implementing corrective actions and process enhancements.

Technical Accounting & Advisory:

• Provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, financial instruments, and consolidation accounting.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist in evaluating new accounting pronouncements and their impact on the organization.

Internal Controls & Risk Management:

• Design, implement, and enhance robust internal control systems to ensure data integrity and minimize financial risks.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and adherence to financial control measures.

Key Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 6+ years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance.

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and other accounting standards.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Experience handling complex accounting issues, financial consolidation, and intercompany transactions.

Software Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and business intelligence software is an advantage.
