Roles and Responsibilities

Meeting with the product design team to determine product testing parameters.

• Ensuring all tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
• Preparing test reports.
• Establishing/writing/interpreting test standards for organization.
• Coordinate the upkeep and calibration of test facilities and equipment
• Ability to read Drawings and specifications to understand the requirements of production/ services.
• Always maintain 5S at the workstation and safe working environment.
• Required to meet quality goals and customer commitments.
• Additional tasks may be assigned by the Supervisor, Team Leader, or Quality Manager
• Responsible for making sure that the manufacturing is performed as per the defined Quality Process.
• Preparation of QMS documentation.
• If any Non-conformance are met. The quality engineer has to analyze the root cause and find out the solution.
• Coordinate and support the organization's ISO 13485, NABL, AERB and IEC62304 certification./Audit
• Promote and improve the continual improvement process.
• Responsible for Verification, Validation testing and creating documentation.
• Knowledge of Troubleshooting for defective spares/ non-conformance (service / Production)
• NPI testing and documentation.
• Responsible for testing Department for support to the production team.
• Performing Electrical testing, QA Test, AERB, Integration Test.
• if require- Need to perform FQC, maintain records and periodically review.
• Maintaining and updating the database of tested machines.
• Responsible for service Spare return testing and documentation.
• Refilling of tested Service Spares to W.H.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Biomedical/
/ Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Physics/
P.G. Diploma in Radiological Physics or in an associated
discipline/ Basic degree in science with physics as one
of the subjects/ degrees in medical imaging technology
or equivalent from a recognized university/
institution.
Experience of 4 years in the handling of Electrical/
Electronic systems.
