What we are looking for :

- We're looking for Technical Project Managers who not only understands the technology but can also translate technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies.

- Your ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives will be key.

- You should be equally comfortable discussing technical details with engineers as you are providing project updates to stakeholders.

- Your strategic thinking, leadership of cross-functional teams, and problem-solving skills under pressure will be key to success for this role.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will :

- Serve as the key link between innovative technology and business goals.

- Forefront to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans, guiding a talented team to deliver high-quality solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.

- Manage the entire project lifecycle - from initial concept to final delivery.

You will be a great fit for us if you have :

- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in the data engineering space, with a proven track record of delivering successful ETL and data engineering projects.

- You should be comfortable working in environments leveraging AWS and Spark.

- A strong technical background is essential, with in-depth knowledge of AWS services (e.g , S3, EMR, Lambda, Glue, Redshift) and Apache Spark.

- You should be skilled in building robust data pipelines, designing ETL frameworks, and navigating distributed data processing systems.

Agile Methodology: Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and leading agile teams is essential.

- You'll need to foster collaboration, ensure that the project stays on track, and adapt to changes while maintaining high standards of delivery.
