We are hiring for an esteemed client of Innoquest that is (a large brokerage firm operating globally) Looking for an AVP/VP level candidate
Roles and Responsibilities:
Process Management & Improvement:
- Drive & achieve productivity enhancements.
- Own weekly/monthly management reports & highlight relevant gaps &/or concerns.
- Responsible for scoping, identifying new areas of work.
People Management:
- Conduct regular meetings with process managers & resolve concerns.
- Conduct skip level meetings with team members & resolve escalations.
- Identify & facilitate movements within the division for Process Managers.
- Managed a team size of 150 and above.
- Customer Service & SLA Delivery
- Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed upon SLAs for assigned processes.
- Manage client relationships and escalations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 15 plus years of experience in the ITES sector.
- Minimum four to five years of experience in a managerial role.
- Relevant F&A experience is must - P2P, O2C, R2R
- Prior work experience in UK/US Insurance domain.
- Must have experience in managing a span of closed to 150 team members.
