Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - AR Billing - BPO/ITeS (6-10 yrs)

Opportunity for AM/DM-AR Billing professionals based in Pune and ready to work in US Shift

A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive shared services unit in the insurance domain, is seeking AR/O2C billing professionals to be based in Pune and prepared to work in US shifts.

Role details:

- Process customer orders accurately and timely in the ERP system.

- Review and validate orders for accuracy, terms, and conditions.

- Coordinate with inventory, production, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

- Generate and send invoices promptly after order fulfillment.

- Ensure accurate pricing, tax calculations, and discounts in invoices.

- Resolve any discrepancies in billing information with sales teams or customers.

- Assess customer creditworthiness and set credit limits.

- Monitor outstanding accounts receivables and identify potential credit risks.

- Liaise with the credit risk management team to update credit policies and limits based on customer behavior.

- Track and record incoming payments accurately.

- Reconcile accounts receivable balances, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

- Prepare regular aging reports to track overdue accounts and follow up on collections.

Skills Required:

- Total 6+ yrs of experience in O2C and Billing.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ready to work in 6 PM to 3 AM (Night Shift).
