Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain a scalable Python-based UI test automation framework for the Web UI of HaLow Access Point products.
Implement automated test scripts for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of the Web UI.
Integrate the automation framework with CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless testing during product development.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
Analyze and debug test failures, report bugs, and track issues to resolution.
Ensure test coverage for key UI features and components, including compatibility across different browsers and platforms.
Optimize test scripts for efficiency, stability, and maintainability.
Document the framework architecture, test strategies, and best practices to guide future development and enhancements.

Requirements:

Experience: 4+ years of experience in UI test automation using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
Programming: Proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
UI Testing Automation Expertise: Strong experience in automating web applications, including handling dynamic elements, asynchronous operations, and browser-specific challenges.
Framework Development: Hands-on experience in building or extending test automation frameworks.
Debugging and Reporting: Ability to debug test failures and provide detailed, actionable reports to development teams.
CI/CD Integration: Familiarity with integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or similar.

Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control.

Browser Testing: Knowledge of cross-browser testing and compatibility challenges.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with wireless networking products.
Knowledge of REST API testing and integration with UI testing.
Familiarity with performance testing for web applications.
