Project Engineer - Marathi speaking

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar installations.
• Oversee and manage the installation of solar PV systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Train and guide installation teams for efficient execution.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards.
• Overseeing installation operations as carried out by I&C team

• Processing applications for net-metering with concerned DISCOM of clients. Carryout site visits with DISCOM engineer as required for net-metering approval

• Assessment of Regulation and Policy for Solar Installations in various states in India

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in solar PV installation or a similar role.
• Proficiency in PV system design, electrical wiring, and grid integration.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Solar panel String designing
• Familiarity with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel to different installation sites

Preferred or additional Qualifications

• Certification in Solar PV Installation (e.g., NABCEP, SEI, or equivalent).
• Experience with grid-tied and off-grid solar systems.
• Knowledge of energy storage systems (batteries, inverters, etc.)
