Technical Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead - .NET to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software applications using the .NET framework. In addition to your technical expertise, you will lead a team of developers and ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET-based applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and development teams.
• Drive the technical direction and architectural decisions for .NET solutions.
• Ensure coding best practices, standards, and guidelines are followed in the development process.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards related to .NET development.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and modern development tools.
• Support the deployment of applications and provide post-launch support.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to align technical approaches with business objectives.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, SOLID principles, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.).
• Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
