System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with strong expertise in LAN, Switching, Routing, Networking, and Firewall management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to internal users. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with hands-on experience in managing network hardware and software to ensure seamless connectivity and security across all systems.

Experience / Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.

Role : Design, configure, and maintain LAN and networks, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Install, configure, and manage network switches, routers, and firewalls to support secure and efficient operations.
Monitor and troubleshoot network issues related to bandwidth, latency, and connectivity.
Configure and manage VPN connections for secure remote access.
Optimize network performance through traffic analysis and fine-tuning of network devices.Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtual machines.
Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and access controls.
Perform routine system monitoring, updates, and backups to ensure data integrity.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely support to end-users.
