Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the Director:
   
• Understand the director's vision and translate it into visual elements.
• Plan the visual style, mood, and tone of the production.
2. Camera Operations:
   
• Select appropriate cameras, lenses, and other equipment for the project.
• Supervise the setup, framing, and operation of cameras during shoots.
3. Lighting Design:
   
• Plan and execute lighting setups to achieve the desired mood and atmosphere.
• Work with gaffers and lighting technicians to create lighting effects.
4. Composition and Framing:
   
• Determine shot composition, angles, and movement to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the art director to ensure the visual elements align with the production design.
5. Crew Supervision:
   
• Lead the camera crew, including camera operators, focus pullers, and grips.
• Work closely with the lighting and production teams.
6. Technical Expertise:
   
• Understand the technical aspects of cameras, lighting, and other equipment.
• Monitor image quality, including exposure, focus, and color grading.
7. Post-Production Collaboration:
   
• Work with the colorist during color grading to ensure the final look matches the intended vision.
