We are urgently hiring for PEPSICO company in Kuwait for the position of Merchandisers.

Role & responsibilities

MERCHANDISER OR SALES OR Stock Inventor

• Stock at super markets/ small grocery shops or places that come in area he is in charge of what product is trending.
• Ensure snack products are displayed according to company guidelines and promotional materials are set up in retail stores.
• Ensuring supply of those things and keeping records of the stocks etc
• Maintain inventory levels and stock shelves to avoid stock outs.
• Build relationships with store managers to secure optimal shelf space.

Required Experience and Education:

• Graduate from any field
• 1 or 2 yrs experience as sale person

Indian Driving license is MUST

Initial salary of 135 KD until the Kuwait Driving License is issued (expected within 3 to 5 months).

The salary will increase to 350 KD, including commission, once the license is received. The salary breakdown after obtaining the license is as follows:

Basic Salary: 125 KD

Commission: 150 KD

Car Allowance: 65 KD

Telephone Allowance: 10 KD

Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.

Annual Leave: 30 days as per Kuwait Labor Law.
