Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.

* Present design concepts to stakeholders and effectively communicate design rationale.

* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and participate actively in the creative process.

* Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and are of the highest quality.

* Maintain a strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

* 5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

* Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

* Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and a diverse range of projects.
