Job Description
- New vendor development to localization of resoureces and Sample ordering for RD team.
- Knowledge of component purchasing and follow ups with the suppliers.
- Knowledge of Electronic devices and storage.
- Self auditing techniques involved in side factory for stock management.
- Advance planning for droppage trend for SMT as well as assembly.
- Knowledge of Payment process , Payment Terms , Negotiation techniques.
- Knowledge of Electronics components, SMD ,Through hole componenets, LEDs , Connectors, Wire Harnesses,Moulding casing .
- Knowledge of Procurement process import as well as export.
- Aware of Distributors for SMD components procurement process.
- Knowledge of SCM process .
- Reduction of cost of the components and developing new suppliers .
- Follow-ups with the suppliers for rejection control and improvement plan for the same.
- Knowledge of A, B and C class .
- Knowledge of Import and Export, Applicable duties
- Knowledge of ISO processes .
- Knowledge of stock check and anticipating the bottle neck components and ordering the same.
- Knowledge of ROHS components, UL certified components.
