Infra Lead

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management: Oversee andmanage the passive infrastructure at designated sites within the circle. Ensurethe availability, maintenance, and functionality of infrastructure components, including towers, shelters, power systems, air conditioning, and othersite-related equipment.

2. Operational Issue Resolution: Respondto and resolve infrastructure-related operational issues reported at ownedsites. Coordinate with field engineers and relevant stakeholders to ensuretimely resolution, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.

3. Preventive Maintenance: Develop andimplement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for infrastructuresites. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and maintenance activities toproactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring optimal siteperformance.

4. Vendor Management: Collaborate withvendors and contractors responsible for infrastructure maintenance and repairs.Monitor their performance, ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and take necessary actions to address any shortcomings.

5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality assurance guidelines for infrastructure sites. Conductregular audits to assess compliance and implement corrective measures asneeded.

6. Site Documentation: Maintain accurateand up-to-date documentation for owned sites, including site layouts, equipmentinventory, maintenance records, and incident reports. Ensure documentation iseasily accessible for troubleshooting, planning, and reporting purposes.

7. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinatewith cross-functional teams, such as network operations, engineering, andplanning, to address infrastructure-related issues, collaborate on siteexpansions or upgrades, and support new site deployments.

8. Health and Safety: Ensure adherence tohealth and safety standards at infrastructure sites, including compliance withelectrical safety regulations, equipment grounding, and proper handling ofhazardous materials.

9. Reporting and Analysis: Generateperiodic reports on infrastructure performance, issue resolution, maintenanceactivities, and infrastructure-related KPIs. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree inEngineering or a related field.

5+ years of experience ininfrastructure management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Strong knowledge of passiveinfrastructure components, such as towers, shelters, power systems, airconditioning, and related equipment.

Familiarity with infrastructureoperations, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.

Proficient in conducting preventivemaintenance activities and managing infrastructure repairs.

Understanding of regulatoryrequirements and industry standards related to infrastructure management.

Excellent problem-solving andanalytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolveinfrastructure-related issues effectively.

Strong organizational and multitaskingabilities to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.

Good communication and interpersonalskills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, takeownership of tasks, and lead a team.

Knowledge of health and safetyregulations and their application in infrastructure operations.

Proficiency in using relevant softwareapplications for documentation, reporting, and analysis.
