Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Website Manager to oversee the management, optimization, and performance of our website. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in website management, SEO, and content strategy, ensuring seamless user experience, strong search engine rankings, and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and functionality.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Oversee website content management, ensuring high-quality, relevant, and engaging content.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance website aesthetics and user experience.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, performance, and user behavior, providing regular reports.
• Ensure website updates, plugins, and security patches are regularly maintained.
• Optimize website structure, navigation, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers for necessary fixes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in website management, SEO, and content management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
• Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and website optimization techniques.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for minor edits and troubleshooting.
• Experience with content strategy, UX/UI best practices, and website conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
