Manager Business Finance

Key Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Prepare monthly P&L deck and share analysis with key takeaways
• Drive profitability at a store level (vs Budget and vs LY)
• Evaluate and performance tracking of all NPD proposals and offers by working closely with marketing team
• Responsible for annual budgeting exercise and forecasting in coordination with FP&A and other cross functions team
• Benchmarking against competition and sharing best practices from the QSR industry
• Responsible to drive growth through analyzing ROI of new store opening and sharing recommendation

Team Size: Individual contributor role

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification Chartered Accountant with a preferable experience in QSR/FMCG/Retail Industry
• Experience – 4-6 years
• Assertive, maturity to handle functional conflicts and good communication skills
