Things to remember while entering the campus:

• Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team

Documents and things to Carry:

• Carry a printout your updated resume.
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
• All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)

Designation: Process Lead

Experience:4-6 years

Qualification: Any graduate- full time education

Shift: Night Shift

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Excellent in planning, problem solving, decision making, Monitoring and reporting
• Perform key metrics agreed as per contract
• Assist to sustain and further develop the Program for the Bank
• Passionate in serving both internal & external stake holders
• Nurtures talent of self and team by leveraging on strengths
• Empathetic to ideas while focusing on continuous improvements
• Takes accountability of problems and focusing to expedite resolutions
• Effective in communication of information
• Knowledge of UK& US regulations
• Ensure on time completion of all assigned tasks
• Manage client escalations
• Manages a team of 40 plus FTE's
• Efficient in demonstrating client's culture and values at the same time prioritizing organizational goals

Qualification-

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Law or related field preferred
• 4+ years relevant experience in banking combined with Commercial banking, operations, compliance, or relevant business experience.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Fundamental knowledge of banking and financial service company principles, philosophies, and operational concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of UK regulations, OFAC regulations, KYC
• Problem solving skills with the ability to define problems and propose solutions
• Required competency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced use of Excel to manipulate data for analysis.

Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions. Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance.
