Job Description:

• Effectively executes take calls of clients customers
• Resolves query/issues as per deliverables outlined
• Follows all pre-defined procedures to meet SLA Target and ensure performance parameters are met
• Maintains voice quality as per standard agreed
• Handles repetitive calls and strives for target maximization in order to meet quality standards
• Work From Office from Ghaziabad location.
• Need to have good communication in Hindi and English.
• Need to Flexible of week off(Sunday fixed off and 1 rostered off from Monday to Saturday).
• Minimum Education 10+2+3 Full Time
• Minimum Experience 1 Year
• Shift - Day Shift
