Urgent Hiring for Business Development Executive Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counseling & Consultation:

  • Provide detailed information about mechanical design courses and their benefits to prospective students.
  • Understand student needs and guide them in selecting appropriate courses that align with their career goals.

2. Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting inquiries into enrollments.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential leads to ensure target achievement.

3. Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, counseling sessions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Regularly update and manage the database for future reference and marketing purposes.

4. Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding student preferences, course demand, and competitive analysis.

5. Reporting:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, inquiries, and conversions.
  • Analyze trends and propose actionable strategies for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development. Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory. (English and Marathi are an added advantage)
  • Communication Skills: Good written communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong counseling skills to build rapport with students and their parents.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
