Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. You will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce that aligns with our company's goals and values.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
7. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
8. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
7. Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
8. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
9. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products or services to clients.
11. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
12. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
13. A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment.
