IT Assistant

Role Summary:

An IT asset management executive is responsible for managing our IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and other technology-related resources. The following are some of the key responsibilities and duties of an IT asset management executive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to:)

• Inventory Management: The IT asset management executive is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets owned by the organization, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Asset Tracking: They are also responsible for tracking the location, status, and usage of all IT assets to ensure that they are being utilized effectively and efficiently.
• Vendor Management: They work closely with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure that the organization is getting the best possible pricing and terms for IT assets.
• Compliance Management: They ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant regulations and policies related to IT asset management.
• Risk Management: The IT asset management executive identifies and manages risks associated with IT assets, including security risks and compliance risks.
• Audit Management: Responsible for carrying out Monthly, Quarterly, and yearly audits of all IT assets owned by the organization, including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Reporting and Analysis: The IT asset management executive is responsible for generating reports and analysis related to IT assets, including usage, costs, and performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• Must be graduate from recognized university.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience managing inventory.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel
• Knowledge of any IT inventory software
• Microsoft Windows (Win 10,11)
• Microsoft Office (2016, O365)
• Adobe (Reader, Acrobat)
• Web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
• All other applicable applications deemed necessary.
