Why were hiring an Information Scientist? ? Were on the hunt for an Information Scientist as part of our companys growth.

In this role you will report into SEND Services Team Lead/Senior Information Scientist with open and direct lines of communication at all times. As part of the SEND group of service specialists, this role involves converting and/or reviewing nonclinical data into SEND standard compliant datasets, reviewing SEND Datasets as part of the SEND Comply service offerings and converting legacy datasets for warehousing.

What are you responsible for?

• Understanding of preclinical data
• Understanding of SEND and other regulatory standards/guidance
• Perform reviews for SEND compliance of:
• Understand customer needs
• Logical approach to problem solving and application of initiative
• Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.

Skills you’ll need:

• Knowledge of basic Microsoft applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science (or similar field) or IT, or previous experience may substitute for education
• Educational or professional experience in a Life Sciences/Pre-Clinical environment or IT with an appreciation for complex data.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of our Quality Management System and its application to tasks associated with this role.
