Python Developer : We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Engineer to join our team and contribute to an AI-driven data analytics project. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in software development using Python and a strong willingness to explore, experiment, and learn new technologies in the rapidly evolving AI and data space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize data processing pipelines using Python.
• Conduct research and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate new AI, ML, and data analytics techniques.
• Work on integrating AI models with data platforms to generate automated insights.
• Collaborate with data engineers and AI teams to experiment with large datasets.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and methodologies in AI and data analytics.
• Document findings, best practices, and solutions from exploration work.

Required Skills:

• Programming: Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Data Handling: Basic experience with SQL,Pandas, Spark, or similar data frameworks.
• AI & Analytics Exposure: Some knowledge or interest in AI/ML ,concepts, data visualization, or statistics.
• Exploratory Mindset: Strong curiosity to experiment, research, and learn new tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to debug issues, optimize workflows, and think analytically.
• Version Control & Collaboration: Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and teamwork tools.

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory):

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (GCP) for data analytics.
• Experience with Big Data Tools (Spark, Flink, Kafka, etc.)
