Java Kotlin Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and implement GraphQL APIs to deliver flexible and efficient data querying solutions.
• Write optimized SQL queries, design schemas, and manage databases for high-availability systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to build robust and efficient software solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and designing to deployment and maintenance.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve technical issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of GraphQL and experience in building GraphQL APIs.
• Solid experience with relational databases and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Ability to design database schemas, write efficient queries, and optimize database performance.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
