- Lead the development of business intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and optimize ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data extraction and transformation.
- Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures to retrieve and manipulate data.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
- Stay updated on the latest BI tools and technologies to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior BI developers.
