We are seeking a dedicated Photo Culler (Selection) as well to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail and are experienced in selecting the best shots from large sets of images, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Edit photos in Adobe Lightroom to achieve the desired style and mood.
• Adjust exposure, color balance, and retouching to enhance image quality.
• Maintain consistency in editing across multiple images for cohesive projects.
• Collaborate with photographers to meet project vision and requirements.
• Organize and manage photo files efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom (knowledge of Photoshop is a plus).
• Strong understanding of photo editing techniques.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality edits.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Portfolio showcasing previous Lightroom editing work.
