Role Definition

Lead Verification executive is responsible for error free lead verification before allocation to
Sales individuals.

Responsibility Deliverable

1.99.9% of accuracy within defined TAT of 15 minutes to avoid any internal and external clash.

2. To maintain company's Goodwill and Sustainability.

3. Verification from Internal CRM of Delhi and Kolkata

4. To avoid any internal clash

Task & Activities

• Verification from Google, Linkedin, Trucaller, B2B Business portals, etc... to avoid any external risks like Re- sellers, Leagal, Unethical practitioners, etc..
• Verification from Internal CRM of Delhi and Kolkata to avoid any internal clash
• Appropriate Remarks against every lead to enable Lead Allocater for quick decisions.
