ARIS Process Modeler

Collaborating with business stakeholders (BPE s and PSE s) to translate their model/design business processes in the Process Framework using a predefined template.
Model/ design different processes typesusing the BPMN Notation using the ARIS designer tool or ARIS Cloud.
Run semantic checks in ARIS to check correctness of model design.
Create user scripts for ARIS Designer/ ARIS Cloud for software validation.
Identify continuous improvement opportunity in model design conventions.
Housekeeping activity in ARIS designer (remove deleted model, right use of menu structure, update catalogetc).
Staying up-to-date with latest Philips Design Conventions, ways of working and governance: 17.2.5 Design, Maintain and Publish business processes .

Required Competencies

Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
Strong knowledge and experience with the ARIS modelling tool and BPMN convention.
Business Process Management (BPM): The ARIS process modeler should have in-depth knowledge of BPM best practices, methodologies, and techniques. The ARIS Process Modeler should be able to analyze business processes to understand how they work and identify opportunities for optimization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and senior leaders.
The Aris process modeler has a basic understanding of compliance.
The ARIS process modeler should have a understanding of IT concepts, tools, and systems.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Overall, an ARIS Process Modeler plays a supporting role in designing business processes for the Business in the Philips BPMN convention. They should have strong technical skills and a deep understanding of process modelling. Additionally, they should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business process design stakeholder.
