Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, and other special assignments as required by the organization.
- Identify areas of improvement in business processes and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Develop and implement effective audit plans, procedures, and reporting mechanisms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management teams to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in auditing or related field (banking industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis.
