Job Title: Mortgage Servicing Specialist (Property Preservation, REO, Investor Reporting, Transfer Operations)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Servicing Specialist to manage various aspects of the mortgage servicing process, focusing on Property Preservation, Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, Investor Reporting, and Transfer Operations. This individual will support loan servicing functions, including inspections, valuations, claims management, mortgage servicing rights, investor reporting, and the transfer of mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Preservation / Valuation / Inspection / Security (US Mortgage):

   • Perform property inspections to assess the condition of mortgaged properties.
   • Ensure timely preservation of properties, including securing vacant properties and addressing damage issues.
   • Coordinate and supervise valuation processes to determine property values and marketability.
   • Address property-related security concerns to mitigate risk and protect the investor's interests.

2. Bidding, Closing New Claims, Damage Claims (US Mortgage):

   • Process and manage claims related to damage, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
   • Close and resolve new claims, ensuring timely and accurate submission to the relevant parties.
   • Analyze and review bids to assess costs and approve necessary repairs or actions related to claims.

3. Payment, Interest Rate, Tax Knowledge (US Mortgage):

   • Oversee mortgage payments and ensure compliance with the agreed-upon terms.
   • Review and manage interest rates and related adjustments to ensure correct calculations and compliance.
   • Monitor and ensure tax payments are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

4. Mortgage Servicing Rights, Loan Operations (US Mortgage):

   • Manage mortgage servicing rights (MSR) transactions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
   • Facilitate smooth loan transfer operations, including loan data verification, transfer of servicing rights, and compliance with industry standards.
   • Work with investors to resolve any servicing issues and ensure timely payment processing and loan administration.

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulations, investor guidelines, and loan servicing operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
