Job Overview:
The HR Strategy Consultant will work closely with CXO-level executives to deliver innovative, data-driven HR strategies that align with the business objectives of client organizations. Leveraging deep HR domain expertise and hands-on experience with HR technology products. In addition, you will be a part of AI intelligence team and will help in integrating AI-powered HR solutions and present them to external senior leadership, helping clients optimize their workforce, talent, and organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Insights & Strategy: Utilize advanced data analytics to generate actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring that HR strategies are informed by data-driven decision-making.
- HR Tech & AI Integration: Leverage your deep understanding of HR tech products, including AI-driven solutions, to help CXOs implement cutting-edge tools that enhance HR efficiency and decision-making. Guide clients in adopting and optimizing HR technologies to transform their talent and workforce strategies.
- AI-Powered HR Solutions: Collaborate with our AI Data Science team to present sophisticated AI-driven insights to client leadership, demonstrating how these insights can solve key business challenges and improve workforce management.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in HR, AI, and tech-driven solutions. Provide thought leadership in client discussions, sharing insights on the latest developments and best practices in HR strategy and technology.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between HR solutions and client business needs. Establish credibility and influence with senior leadership at client organizations.
- Project Leadership: Understand and relate large, complex HR strategy insights and ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Manage teams and resources effectively, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Master's degree from a Tier 1 B-School (e.g., XLRI, TISS, IIM, ISB, etc.) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI, etc.) would be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in HR strategy consulting, with a proven track record of working with CXO-level executives to drive HR transformation.
- Expertise in HR technology products, including hands-on experience with data-driven HR solutions and AI-powered HR technologies.
- Extensive experience working with top-tier HR consulting firms (e.g., Mercer, Aon Hewitt, Korn Ferry, EY, Deloitte) or within large-scale enterprise HR functions.
- Strong background in designing and implementing HR strategies that leverage AI, data analytics, and HR tech tools.
- Deep knowledge of core HR domains, including talent management, leadership development, organizational design, employee experience, and performance management.
Skills & Expertise:
- HR Tech & AI Expertise: Strong understanding of how HR technologies, including AI and machine learning solutions, can be integrated into organizational strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Experience with tools such as HRIS, talent management systems, predictive analytics, and AI-powered HR platforms.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to guide HR strategy and drive business outcomes. Experience with large datasets and the ability to translate them into actionable insights.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to think strategically and provide HR insights that align with broader organizational goals.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior leadership, including presenting AI and data-driven HR solutions.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
