Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Risk Analyst Manager to oversee and manage the identification, analysis, and mitigation of financial, operational, and strategic risks within our organization.

The Risk Analyst Manager will play a key role in developing risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing strategies to protect the company's assets, data, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Identification and Assessment:

- Lead the identification of financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks across the organization.

- Assess potential risks using various methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.

- Develop and manage a risk assessment framework that includes risk appetite, tolerance, and mitigation plans.

Risk Mitigation and Controls:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of risk mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with business units to implement controls and processes that minimize risk exposure.

- Recommend improvements in operational procedures to reduce identified risks.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure that the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to risk management.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Prepare and review risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Risk Reporting and Communication:

- Lead the development of risk reporting systems and frameworks to communicate risk-related information to stakeholders.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive management, highlighting significant risks and recommending mitigation actions.

- Act as the point of contact for any risk-related inquiries and provide guidance to other departments.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk analysts, ensuring the team remains skilled, motivated, and up-to-date on best practices.

- Foster a culture of risk awareness across the organization.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support for professional growth.

Crisis Management and Incident Response:

- Manage and coordinate responses to risk-related crises, ensuring effective and timely resolution.

- Develop and maintain risk management contingency plans, ensuring the organization is prepared for unforeseen risk events.

- Work with relevant departments to execute crisis management protocols and minimize impact.

Data Analysis and Modeling:

- Utilize advanced data analysis tools and risk models to predict potential risks and their financial impact.

- Leverage historical data, industry trends, and predictive models to assess risk probabilities and impacts.

- Continuously improve risk models and analytics to provide more accurate and actionable insights.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including compliance, finance, and operations teams.
