Sharepoint Developer - Nintex Workflow & Forms (9-12 yrs)

Work Location : Muscat, Oman(Onsite opportunity).

Notice Period : Max 30 Days.

Skills required :

- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists, ensuring alignment with project requirements.

- Nintex Workflow & Forms : Design, implement, and optimize Nintex workflows and forms to automate business processes efficiently.

- Collaboration & Support : Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions in a timely manner. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing workflows.

- Optimization : Troubleshoot and optimize Nintex workflows to improve performance and reduce any system bottlenecks. Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint O365, including site configuration, management, and customization.

- Expertise in Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms, with a strong understanding of best practices for workflow design and automation.

- Ability to quickly grasp project requirements, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in debugging and optimizing both SharePoint and Nintex solutions.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 9+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer.

- Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint O365, including site configuration, management, and customization.

- Expertise in Nintex Workflow and Nintex Forms, with a strong understanding of best practices for workflow design and automation.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
