Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled RCFA Expert specializing in vibration-related failure issues within industrial equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the root causes of mechanical failures through advanced vibration analysis techniques and will play a critical role in educating and guiding our customers to prevent future occurrences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on vibration-related issues in industrial equipment, such as motors, pumps, compressors, Gearbox and turbines.
- Utilize advanced vibration analysis tools and techniques to diagnose and pinpoint the exact causes of equipment failure.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations to mitigate future failures.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement corrective actions and reliability improvements.
- Educate and train customers on best practices for vibration monitoring, maintenance strategies, and failure prevention.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in vibration analysis and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers, addressing any questions or concerns related to equipment reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certifications in vibration analysis, such as Vibration Analysis ISO Category II/III, are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7-14 years of experience in vibration analysis, predictive maintenance, and root cause failure analysis in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency with vibration analysis software and diagnostic tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, concise findings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
