Educational Advisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Educational Advisor to join our team in Kerala,India. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with students appearing for their 12th exams, understand their desired courses and preferences, and guide them toward suitable higher education options. As the authorized representative of colleges outside Kerala, the advisor will also market Infinite Education behalf of these partner colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to students appearing for their 12th board exams and engage them in discussions about their career aspirations and course preferences.
• Provide detailed information about colleges, courses, fees, and admission procedures.
• Promote and market Infinites partner colleges to prospective students and their families.
• Assist students in selecting suitable programs and guide them through the application and admission process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents by providing excellent support and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on the latest courses, admissions, and policies of partner colleges.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve enrollment targets for partner colleges.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to engage and build rapport with students and parents.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound calling.
• Strong marketing and persuasion skills to promote partner colleges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and enthusiasm to learn are welcome to apply.
