Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Analyst / IVR Test Engineer with 5+ years of extensive experience in Software Quality Assurance, including manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in IVR systems, contact center testing, and automation tools like Cyara, CCAI (Dialogflow) and Genesys.
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing of IVR systems, ensuring compliance with functional requirements and high-quality output.
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Cyara, focusing on IVR call flows, contact center functionalities, and chatbot integrations.
- Conduct API testing and validations for IVR prompts and responses using tools like Postman and SOAP UI.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and ensure alignment with testing strategies.
- Execute test scripts in Genesys Cloud for inbound/outbound call flows, campaign execution, and E-Dialer functionalities.
- Manage and track defects using tools like JIRA while maintaining thorough documentation in Confluence.
- Conduct regression, functional, and UAT testing, adhering to Agile Scrum methodology and participating in all ceremonies.
