SoftOneTech is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and securing new business opportunities through online bidding platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Bidding: Actively participate in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other similar sites to secure new projects and clients.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proposal Writing: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and bids to prospective clients.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in online bidding, business development, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
