Job Description
- Inext Logistics Supply Chain Pvt Ltd is looking for Courier Sales to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers or leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
- Building Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to gain their trust and loyalty
- Needs Assessment: Understand the needs, preferences, and challenges of customers to tailor sales presentations and offerings accordingly
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to showcase the benefits of the product or service
- Handling Objections: Address customer concerns, objections, and questions in a professional and persuasive manner to overcome obstacles and close deals
- Negotiation: Engage in negotiation processes to reach mutually beneficial agreements on pricing, terms, and conditions
- Closing Deals: Utilize effective closing techniques to secure sales and achieve revenue targets
