Application Manager

We are hiring Application Manager who can join us in short notice.

Experience: 5 - 8 years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Notice: 0 to 45 days

Technical Skills: 

• Languages / Technologies: - SQL Server, T-SQL and Oracle, Python  
• Database Tools: - MS-SQL Server and MySQL 
• Operating System: - Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, Mac OS, Linux. 
• ITIL 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Performance Monitoring: monitoring day to day server and application logs, server Issues and resolution in timely manner to make 99% uptime
• Customer Issue Management: attended & resolved the customer's issue in defined time. 
• Incident Management: Responds to incidents, incident raising, tracking and resolution in timely manner
• Escalation Management: Ensure minimal escalation of issues and proper reporting of issues to stakeholders and higher management. 
• Patch Management: Deployment and porting of patches provided by vendor and development team in UAT and moving to Production setup.   
• Application Management: End to End management of Applications, ensuring timely support and issue resolution. 
• System upgradation: Time to time upgrading the systems, verifying system OS patch is up to date and if required we will take step to new version OS upgradation with the confirmation or certify by vendor to run smooth operation. 
• Involvement in technical discussion, production Evaluation of new upcoming projects, getting an understanding of the projects architecture and understanding its function. 
• Assisting the project team in testing the applications prior to project go-live and sharing requested logs to respective business stakeholders
• Monitoring newly implemented projects for load and reporting application issues. 
• Closely analyzed and track the finding and closed based on solution and same apply in UAT and production. 
• Preparing ISO documents as per ISMS standards for Incident management, Vendor management, Project managements, Escalation Management, Issues management. 
• Ensuring that backup systems are ready in case of failover.
