Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to employees or prospects for training related communication.
• Explain training programs, workshops, and certifications offered by the company.
• Schedule training sessions and follow up on attendance and feedbacks.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, registrations and participants engagement.
• Address queries related to learning modules, training schedules and materials.
• Coordinate with trainers, HR teams, and learning partners for seamless execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication skills in English, Tamil and Hindi languages (spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
