Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to acquire new clients for wealth management services.
  
• Identify potential HNI/NRI prospects through networking, referrals, and market research.
  
• Develop customized financial solutions for clients' needs, including investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, Bonds etc.
  
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and cross-sell other banking products like Current Accounts & Savings Accounts (CASA).
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to high net worth customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in HNI sales or wealth management in the banking industry.
  
• Strong understanding of NRI accounts and NRI banking regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with high net worth individuals.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
