Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, partnerships) to generate high-quality leads.
• Social Media Marketing: Manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Develop strategies to increase engagement and grow our social media presence.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials based on Brand Guidelines
• Video Editing: Produce and edit videos for promotional purposes, including property tours, client testimonials, and brand stories.
• SEO & Website Management: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage website updates and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing agencies and internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Partnership Marketing: Identify and develop partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders to enhance marketing reach and impact.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications from reputed institutes (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite).

Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website management (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS).
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
