Project Incharge

Key Role Activity:

• Designing & Project Execution of the Standard RIL-JIO offices Pan India & Special projects.
• Necessary coordination with the Architect on record, reviewing the drawings and go ahead from the internal customer. Coordination with the MEP consultants both on site and in backend.
• BOQ validation & Budgeting
• PRsProviding the mat, sap codes with necessary details
• PO-WO follow up with the P&C
• Vendor coordination for deliveries of material.
• On site vendor coordination with General Contractor
• Regular Site Visits, meeting the internal customer & PR.
• Site visits with internal customers to understand and guide on the feasibility on their Wishlist.
• Site supervision.
• Measurement sign offs and quality checks.
• Billing clearance & Vendor Payments.
• New vendor development & factory visits
• Material selection along with the architect and internal customer.
• Final cost analysis, budgeting and project closure.
• Need to understand the design, read both interiors and MEP drawings and coordinate on site with multiple agencies.
• To understand and update Project Tracker and Budgetary Controls
• Candidate should have a good knowledge in Interior finishes, vendor coordination and client face.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum educational qualification should be Full Time Graduation in Interior designing or Architecture or Civil engineering.
