Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be an independent, honest individual with a strong background in accounting and familiarity with Tally ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Process invoicing and ensure timely payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle challan and other financial documents.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Utilize Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal for business development procurement and related activities.
• Handle taxation and GST filing.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Skills:
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software.
• Working knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable, payables, invoicing, bank reconciliation, challan, taxation, and GST filing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Local candidates from Gurgaon would be preferred.
