We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales processes and drive efficiency.
This role involves managing the sales pipeline, providing insightful performance analytics, and collaborating across departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will excel in CRM management, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Oversee and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify and address process bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales achievements and highlight areas for improvement.
CRM and Sales Tools Management:
- Implement, manage, and optimize CRM systems and sales tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Align tools with organizational objectives and train team members on effective usage.
Process Streamlining:
- Identify and execute improvements to enhance sales process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align goals and strategies.
- Foster seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
Performance Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making and strategy development.
Market Analysis (Preferred):
- Conduct market research to support sales strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact across departments.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
