Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage plant maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
  
• Oversee utility maintenance operations to ensure smooth production processes.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective implementation of maintenance strategies.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source spare parts and consumables efficiently.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
  

Description of Maintenance Manager

Available Resource: Tools, Special Tools, Consumable, Out Source Service provider

(Mechanical & Electrical), Equipment,

AMC Service providers 3rd party available (CNC, VMC, Dg set nitrogen Plant etc.)

Scope of Work: carrying out PM as per schedule and class of M/C on the desired frequency.

Addressing trouble shooting for small issues reported by Department Heads.

Based on trouble shooting create ADHOC plan to additional PM.

Address complaints break down by Dept. Head & Prepare RCA.

As per RCA he should execute B.M. And bring M/C in to production at earliest.

Carry out impact analysis of Break Down:

Execution of planned maintenance with maximum of 05% variance. 20%
