Role & responsibilities

Who can join us = CS Semi Qualified, CS Drop outs, Pursuing .

this role will be supporting for all the roles which is mandatory in the organization .

you will assist to Seniors - like - CS/CFO/CA

SEBI, NSE, BSE, Stock , IPO.

Appointment of Auditor & its Resignation;

Creation, modification & satisfaction of Charge;

Drafting and Preparation of Annual Filing documents;

Filing of application for Compounding of Offences and Adjudication of Penalties under the Companies Act, 2013

Striking off of Companies

Visited ROC, RD, NCLT and Department of Revenue Delhi and Haryana, for the purpose of liasoning and follow ups in various

matters

Drafting of various LLP agreements (Initial/Supplementary);

Annual Filing of LLP Returns;

Document Drafting: Drafted loan agreements, notices, agendas, board reports, offer

letters, explanatory notes, board resolutions, board minutes, AGM/EGM minutes,

appointment letters, MOUs.

Annual and Half-Yearly Filings: Completed AOC-4 XBRL, MGT-7, PAS-6, MSME filings.

Secretarial and Statutory Audits: Handled and assisted with secretarial and

statutory audits.

Liaison with NSDL, RTA and other intermediaries: Ensured compliance through

effective liaison.

Changes in LLP Agreement w.r.t. Admission/Cessation of designated partners, Increase in Capital Contribution of the LLP, etc.
