Process Engineering Lead - Production Operations

Preferred candidate profile Role & responsibilities

Objective of Post:

• To provide inputs to improve equipment / instrument efficiency.
• To provide inputs for investigations related to machine functionality and identification of root cause with appropriate corrective and preventive action.
• To ensure new and existing equipment qualification done with correct requirements to meet the compliance requirements.
• To control in process rejections to improve process / batch yields.
• To reduce machine / process down times during batch processing on all manufacturing line.
• To ensure critical spare management required for smooth functioning of equipments / instruments.
• To forward the improvement suggestion to get better efficiency and quality of product.
• Engineering and maintenance lead role in Production to manage the process equipment, utility equipments .Manage all supporting systems to run all the plant process smoothly.
• Responsible for audit preparation, execution, presentation and delivering the audit requirements.
• Read and follow the SOP displayed. Implementation of cGMP, TQM and Good documentation practices. Conducting and participation in Training program.
• To develop and maintain the Technical/Operation skills like knowledge of cGMP, Product knowledge, Procedures, critical parameters of equipments, shop floor knowledge/ Health safety and environment/ personal hygiene/ GDP and online documentation/ Trouble shooting and Problem solving skills/ Computer software’s/ Manpower handling and vigilance.
• Responsible for managing the plant/equipment safety/ cGMP practices at the work place.

• To assist for equipment / instrument related efficiencies for all manufacturing lines.
