Who you are
ACCA / CA / B. Com/BAF with minimum 3-5 years experience in handling UK Accounts or International Accounting, and minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
Exceptional communication, computer knowledge, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Candidates should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized.
Building rapport with clients is a crucial aspect of the position. Proficiency in UK accounting software and a good understanding of UK accounting practices are prerequisites.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, is crucial for the role. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
The ability to work well under pressure is a key requirement for this position.
What youll do
To manage the workflow based on ETA
They provide training to the team and improve process under continual development fundamentals
To audit team work and identify errors and get that rectified from time to time
To review final reports and workings of the client and approve before being sent to the client (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, other financial MIS reports)
To file the accounting financials as from time to time as per the client requirement
To provide support and work on any client or management required project / tasks from time to time.
To provide training and upskill self in software learning and do research in integration with Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and report progress to clients and internal teams.
Regularly communicate with clients to update them on account status and project progress.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key metrics and results.
Address client issues, concerns, or complaints and work to find suitable solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client-related challenges.
Manage client billing and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relations.
Periodic review meetings with management & internal staff member.
